About
Good People is owned and operated by Sarah Stapley, an independent headhunter specializing in creative search for the Canadian advertising, marketing and design industries.
After graduating from ad school in 2006, Sarah began her career as a copywriter, developing integrated ad campaigns for some of the world’s biggest CPG brands. Her career path evolved toward creative services management for ad agencies like Henderson Bas and SID LEE, and eventually came to include in-house creative talent acquisition.
In 2015, Sarah followed her passion for people and leapt from the ad industry into the executive search & recruitment world. She was instrumental in building out a creative search practice for IQ PARTNERS, and became one of the company’s top-producing headhunters for nearly six years.
In 2021, Sarah branched out on a solo venture and launched Good People, a boutique recruitment agency dedicated to serving the creative community.
